3) Items Not Eligible for Return

We cannot accept returns for:

4) Damaged Items / Replacement (After Delivery)

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos/video of the damage and packaging

After review, we will offer a replacement (exchange) or another suitable solution.

5) How to Start a Return

6) Return Shipping

7) Refunds

  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, unless the issue is our responsibility.

8) Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled and will follow the return process instead.
