Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to feel confident shopping with us. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1) 30-Day Returns (No Reason Needed)

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, even if you simply changed your mind.

2) Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unused, in original condition

• Returned in the original packaging (including all parts/accessories)

• You must provide proof of purchase (order number or checkout email)

3) Items Not Eligible for Return

We cannot accept returns for:

• Items that are used, altered, or damaged due to customer handling

• Items returned without prior authorization

• Final sale/clearance items (if marked “Final Sale”)

• Gift cards (if applicable)

4) Damaged Items / Replacement (After Delivery)

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number

• Clear photos/video of the damage and packaging

After review, we will offer a replacement (exchange) or another suitable solution.

5) How to Start a Return

To start a return, email us at qzebang@gmail.com with:

• Order number

• Item(s) you want to return

• Reason for return (optional)

• Photos (only if there’s a quality issue)

If approved, we will send you return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be processed.

6) Return Shipping

• For no-reason returns, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

• If the return is due to damage on arrival or our error, we will cover the return shipping or provide an appropriate solution.

7) Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the result. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Please note:

• Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, unless the issue is our responsibility.

• Your bank/PayPal/credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

8) Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled and will follow the return process instead.
